14-Day Performance Guarantee

We offer a 14-day return and replacement policy covering manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under intended use.

 Coverage Window: You have 14 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return, exchange, or store credit if your footbag experiences a defect or unexpected failure.

 Intended Use Definition: Our products are engineered specifically for traditional footbag, hacky sack, and freestyle kicking sessions on appropriate surfaces (footwear, grass, gym floors, turf, soft surfaces).

What Is Covered

We will happily replace, refund, or issue store credit for footbags that exhibit functional failures within 14 days of delivery, including:

 Unraveling panel stitching or seam splits during normal play.

 Leaking or escaped internal fill materials (metal shot, rubber fill) resulting from seam failure.

 Orders received with wrong items, missing components, or physical damage upon arrival.

What Is Not Covered

Because footbags undergo high-impact physical stress during play, our guarantee does not cover damage resulting from improper use or extreme elements, including but not limited to:

 Punctures, cuts, or tears caused by sharp objects, concrete/asphalt friction, pets, or aggressive outdoor abuse.

 Water damage, chemical exposure, or damage from machine washing/drying.

 Normal cosmetic wear and tear, color fading, or suede break-in over extended use.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a request, follow these quick steps:

1. Email Us: Contact our support team at [support@skullyfootbags.com] within 14 days of delivery with your Order Number.

2. Include Photos/Video: Attach a clear photo or short video showing the product malfunction or defect.

3. Review & Resolution: Once approved, we will provide instructions on returning the item or immediately send out a replacement bag at no additional cost to you.

Refunds & Processing

 Approved Refunds: If a refund is requested and approved, it will be credited automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 Return Shipping: For verified product defects or shipping errors, Skully Footbags LLC will cover return shipping costs. For standard voluntary returns of unused items in original packaging, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
